Returns & Exchange Policy
30 Day Return Policy
You may return any item, with all original packaging, within 30 days of the original order date for any reason, for a full refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and returns shipped C.O.D. or postage due will not be accepted.
We cannot accept items returned and received more than 30 days after the original purchase date for any reason.
In the case of a defective item, Easy-Shoppe.com will honor the applicable (if any) warranty period if it exceeds 45 days. In such an event, please contact Customer Support.
Items that are defective upon delivery will be replaced during the 30 day Return for Refund period.
To return an item for a full refund, please follow these steps:Complete the Returns and Exchange Form. Enclose the completed form in your package. We recommend that you make a copy of the completed form for your own records.
Send the item you are returning (with all of its original packaging) AND the completed form to the address below. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your Order Number in the mailing address. Your Order Number can be found in your Order Confirmation email and/or on your original package. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED.

Mail your package. Please note that packages shipped C.O.D. or postage due will NOT be accepted. If the value of the item(s) you are returning is greater than $20.00, we recommend you also use insurance or electronic Delivery Confirmation.
Once your item is received, a credit will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the item. The credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s) returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable). Returns may take 2 to 4 weeks to process. Please allow at least two billing cycles on your credit card before contacting Customer Support if you do not yet see a credit on your statement for your returned order. Exchange for Replacement
Replacement of damaged or defective items returned after 30 days will be at the discretion of Easy-Shoppe.com will honor all applicable warranty periods (if any).
